Ever wanted to change out the headboard in your RV? Are you just not happy with the manufacturer’s style? Check out these ideas I have gotten from our members of our FB group, RV Interior Ideas.
A FB group member, Sarah Gallagher, redid an older model 5th wheel RV and placed mirrors behind her bed. I usually don’t like the mirror look but in this fashion it looks fantastic.
Gidget covered up a window and created a tufted headboard with jewels in her older model travel trailer.
Although this looks like real stone its actually one of those textured wallpapers. Lightweight and creates a beautiful ambiance to the space.
Kimberly actually made a removable tufted headboard so the emergency access window in the master bedroom of her class A could still be reached.
Jennifer Adams not only redid the headboard in real and lightweight wood but redid the slide out frame to match as well. Stunning!
Laura simply bought a rod iron headboard from an antique store and attached it to her RV bed.
Denise redid her headboard to match the style of her bedroom. Simply by using boards she covered with a vinyl material with a button in the middle. Then attached to the wall using heavy duty command velcro.
Cailtin used a wood look self adhesive wallpaper to complete the look in her RV master bedroom.
Rhonda E used an actual headboard purchased at the store for her headboard. I really love the darker walls against the white as well. Great contrast!
This member reupholstered her headboard and used contact paper on the walls to create a very unique look for her RV.
